For Imports

  • Customs forms (we will assist you with these)

Notes:

  • Most used household goods imported for personal use are duty-free under certain conditions.

  • Items must usually be owned and used for 6–12 months prior to import.

For Exports 

  • Passport and proof of identity

  • Packing list with item descriptions and values

  • Export declaration

  • Proof of residence abroad (if applicable)

  • Shipping details (Air Waybill, Bill of Lading)

Notes:

  • Personal items exported for permanent moves may be eligible for export exemptions.

  • Temporary exports (e.g. student/staff relocations) may require a re-import agreement.
